I have been a licensed therapist for more than 15 years. I know that life can be overwhelming and balancing all of the life tasks can create stress and anxiety. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, relationship struggles, and many other concerns. I also specialize in working with children and their parents to address behavior concerns. No matter what you are struggling with, I am here to support you. Therapy can seem overwhelming but it is a safe space for you to be open and honest in order to experience growth.
I accept many different insurances. However, with Medicaid, I only can accept it if you live in Westmoreland, Armstrong and Indiana Counties.
